How much of your expression do you feel is actually allowed? You receive so many messages about what it means to be a man and how you should act and feel. Over time, these messages can dim your vitality and shrink your expression, until you feel unseen, unwelcome, and lonely. What might it be like to reclaim your whole self and embark on an exploration of your full power and vitality?

As a facilitator of a unique approach to men’s rite of passage work, which is held and guided by women, I have seen the transformative power of a space that welcomes the totality and vastness of a man’s experience and expression, especially in the presence of the Feminine. This group is a closed container, wherein you can explore who you are, what parts of you may be asking for more space and witnessing, and how it feels to be known.

This group is a place to come home to yourself, more fully, more completely, and to reconnect (or deepen in connection) to the parts of you that perhaps you have been told aren’t masculine or welcome by the feminine, or both. We will co-create sharing circles, explore paired processes, and use a blend of embodied experiential processes to come into contact with whatever within you is asking for space, time, and witnessing.

Capped at 10 participants, the program includes monthly group calls, a 1:1 coaching session each month, a structured weekly listening partnership, and an informal Whatsapp group chat for staying connected and supported between sessions. My facilitation is a blend of loving mirror and compassionate, curious companion, holding a stand for the power of your vastness.
