CLIENT SESSIONS
Prospective clients receive a client agreement which is signed before our first session. Sessions are booked by the hour and paid for at time of service. Standard cancellation policy of 24 hours or payment is expected.
WORKSHOPS + RETREATS
All workshop participation and staffing fees are non-transferable to another person.
Cancellation more the 60 days prior to the workshop or start of the program:
Your payment is refundable.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to the workshop or start of the program:
Half of your payment is refundable, or you may choose to transfer your full payment to a workshop or online program of the same kind within 18 months (if available).
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the workshop start date:
In-Person Workshops: Your payment is non-refundable.
If through an Act of God (e.g. earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters), we are not able to offer the workshop, we are not obligated to refund you.
